In 1983 he set the world record in uninterrupted Boogie playing (24 hours). By setting to music the poems of "Anton Wildgans" on an LP, the artist drew attention to his lyrical side as well. In 1984, Hannes Jaric joined the Rock'n Roll band "Old Formation". He recorded a single titled "Hockn'stad" (on the topic of unemployment), which he had produced himself.
