Sir ASLING & The T-Bone Orchestra (Sweden)

Sir ASLING & The T-Bone Orchestra are an exciting group guaranteed to deliver a sweaty show true the spirit of T-Bone Walker. The group is made up of seasoned musicians with a passion for the Jump Blues and Swing of the '40s and '50s. They formed a year ago (in 2001) have already played 50 gigs throughuot the Sweden. But this time they mean business – they recently recorded a new CD with former Peps Persson engineer Lave Lindholm, who managed to bring out the best in them. It's a red-hot disc crammed with up tempo songs where Sir Asling it out with the horn section until the drummer falls off his stool. The concept of the band - guitar, bass and drums combined with a frantically riffing horn section – works even better than anyone had dared to expect.
